Payment Options
We accept almost all insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you have no insurance, please bring in proof of income and we will discount your services accordingly. We can also arrange payment plans so that you have as much time as you need to pay your bill. We request all patients to pay $30 at the time of service, and we accept cash, checks or credit cards.
