Healthy Living Curriculum
Steps to Wellness/Pasos a la Salud – A 15 week curriculum designed to promote healthy eating, regular exercise and stress management. Developed as a result of a three year Office of Rural Health grant, the curriculum includes a program guide to assist with program development and use of the curriculum. Meant to be co-facilitated by lay Health Promoters, each class of the 15 week series is clearly described in English but includes class handouts and tools in both English and Spanish. Participants outcomes from twelve different class series, six in English and six in Spanish, are provided.
