Current Benefits Available:

Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, other) (Pro-rated to FTE) – up to 200 hours (5 weeks) per year

  • Eligibility - regular status, pass 90 Day introductory period, classified and work at least .50 FTE (20 hours/week)
  • Calculated based on date of hire and accrued monthly.

Group Vision Plan - Superior Vision

  • Eligibility - regular status, pass 90 day introductory period, classified and work at least .70 FTE (28 hours/week)
  • Employee pays approximately 10% of the Premium Rates pre-tax depending if Employee Only Coverage or adding Dependent coverage.

Cafeteria Plan - Flexible Benefit Dollars (pro-rated to FTE)

  • Eligibility - regular status, pass 90 day introductory period, classified and work at least .50 FTE (20 hours/week)
  • Monthly Benefits dollars available to spend on benefit choices

Section 125 Plan: Allegiance

Benefits: Full Section 125 plan including premium deductions, unreimbursed health care expenses and dependent care. Plan is available with deductions from payroll being taken pre-tax and benefits paid tax free.

             Supplemental Benefits: Colonial Life & Accident

Benefits: Employee paid supplemental health, disability, critical illness & accident, cancer and life insurance. Rates based on benefits selected.

             Retirement Plan:

Benefits: 403(b)(7) Pre-tax salary deferral via payroll deductions is available. Investment options include. Oppenheimer Funds, Calvert Funds, and American Funds.

Long Term Disability Plan: Guardian- 100% employer paid
